Delivery and payment

Dear customers!

Please familiarize yourself with our working hours and the terms for placing and shipping orders.

Payment terms:

You can pay for goods:

  • immediately on the website when placing an order, using Visa/Mastercard of any bank via the LiqPay service;
  • cash on delivery upon receipt of the order (only via Ukrposhta, provided that prepayment for delivery both ways is made);
  • by bank transfer to the IBAN details of our organization according to an issued invoice.

 

For orders with a value of 400 UAH or more, delivery to a Ukrposhta branch is free!

For orders with a value of 600 UAH or more, delivery to a Nova Poshta branch is free!

 

Delivery and cash-on-delivery terms:

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation or payment.

 

Delivery methods:

  • Ukrposhta branches;
  • Nova Poshta branches or parcel lockers;
  • Courier delivery by Nova Poshta.

 

If the order amount is less than 400 UAH (Ukrposhta) or 600 UAH (Nova Poshta), delivery is paid by the customer according to the carrier’s tariffs. In case of cash on delivery, the customer additionally pays 20 UAH and +2% of the cash-on-delivery amount as a money transfer fee to the seller.

 

Cash on delivery:

When placing an order with cash on delivery, we charge a prepayment for delivery both ways (delivery to the customer and possible return of the parcel).

Prepayment amount:

✅ Ukrposhta200 UAH.

❌ Cash on delivery via Nova Poshta is not available.

 

The cash-on-delivery amount upon receipt of the order will be reduced by the amount of prepaid funds.

 

Refund conditions for prepayment:

⚠️ If the customer:

✅ does not pick up the parcel from the branch;

✅ refuses the order without a valid reason;

✅ does not show up to receive the parcel,

the delivery prepayment is non-refundable, as it is used to cover transportation costs both ways.

 

⚠️ If the customer arrives at the branch and refuses the order due to:

✅ manufacturing defects;

✅ mismatch with the order;

✅ damage during transportation,

the delivery prepayment is refunded in full!

 

Fully paid orders:

If a fully paid order is not collected by the customer from the Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch and is returned to the sender, the refund is issued minus the actual transportation costs for delivery both ways.

ℹ️ In accordance with Article 693 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, the advance payment is subject to refund to the buyer. However, in case of return of the parcel due to the buyer’s fault, shipping costs incurred by the seller for both-way delivery are deducted from the refund.
